kubota z121s problems

Have owned this Z121s for 4 years, and broke down 4 times under warranty micro switches 2time ,drive belt pulley wheel broke 1 time ,drive belt 1 time after 50 hours and its being picked up next week because it stopped run while I was mowing ? I have 200 hours and no belt problems but the machine is cleaned with a blower My wife loves this machine as it is fast easy and comfortable. 15 minutes of mowing the belt that runs the blades broke. It had 16 hours on it when I finally told them to keep it. All seem okay. And Removed deck, checked all pulleys and bearings. I did find the problem last night, but not exactly sure what it was going to. The spigot bearings have no protection against wrapping with string or fibre and I replaced the original Chinese bearings with SKF at 40 hours and fitted protection for the bearings.
